Welcome to School of Health Management and Information Science

The School of Health Management and Information Sciences is part of Iran University of Medical Sciences, a prestigious and high profile medical university in the country.  Currently, SHMIS includes six academic departments with 40 faculty members, providing teaching and research services to a wide range of postgraduate students.
At SHMIS, we offer Masters and Ph.D. programs in a variety of health-related fields. Our goal is to remain competitive in teaching and research in the field of health management and health information sciences. We have developed an academic environment where our competent academic staff and talented students are working together to advance knowledge and serve the community.
We equip our students with the knowledge and skills required for their future careers through our experienced staff and continued collaboration with industries. We are one of the most prestigious higher education institutes in Asia owing to our extensive investment in teaching and research.
